I\'m planning to go big for ths summer, I am prepared to waste the cash and have decided to get some serious rims for the 3...

http://www.wheelexperts.com/images/wheels/hamann/_hm2-18inch.jpg

Tell me what you guys think of these rims, I want something similar to that, of course Im preferencing to purchase HAMANN rims, which normally are customized into Bimmers.
Im not sure I can find 16\'s though, and i dont really feel like changing wheels. I really do believe these are incridebel rims, I think i saw a price for the one\'s above, at around 500$ each!

...maybe ill even go as far as getting the M3 Badge from BMW...just kidding:sarc or am i?? YES! Yes i am!

I still havent put any pictures of my car but i do plan on doing so, as soon as I start taking them, waiting for the perfect moment...Its Carbon Grey Mica, so the Black rims would suit it just fine!

What do you guys think?

I don\'t mind them. Are you going for the stainless steel lip with silver painted finish, or fully chrome painted? What\'s the offset on that rim?

Shop around man, you can do way better than that price for somthing in that style that will fit the 3 without being custom.

Well......

Richard Hamann Is a German Auto Tuner. Hamann does all the cars...Porsche, Lambo, Mercedes, Porche, Rolls, Ferrari and yes BMW.

Body kits, wheels, suspension, interior and Turbo upgrades to name a few things is what he does.
Buying a Hamann Rim is not a big deal, sorry to say. You can easily pop $2K on a set of BBS, Racing Hart or Works.

How is a 19\"x12\" Porsche Rim going to fit on your car? Do you think any of his Rims are made in 16\". Have you seen a BMW with 16\". A ferrari with 16\".

Do yourself a favour and buy some wheels HERE (http://www.7453217467431.com/browse/vendorBrowse.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=4793953&aff ID=DFX&bmUID=1143680021750) nice and cheap

Sure, if you don\'t mind paying for them:

19x10 - US$1610 each.

Not that any of them would fit the 3 anyway. BMWs use a 5x120 bolt pattern.

If they make rims for bimmers then good luck fitting it on your car with a 30 offset LOL

hurrr hurrrr
If you dont know what offset is time to start learning before shopping for rims

It is up to you, what style do you like? Don\'t buy some rims because someone tells you to, buy them because you like them it is a personal taste thing. :D

Well Im definetly not asking people to choose what rims I should get, but rather asking to know what the best rim manufacterers are that would be suitable for the m3?

What do you want the rims for? If you are just a street cruise guy... any manufacturer will do.
Just pick a style size and colour you like. The one problem is there are so many manufacturers and so many copies of the same rim. You might find a rim you like but it comes with 5 different name brands.
There are so many copies, upon copies of rim styles, I don\'t even know who actually came out with a design in the first place.
These are usually the cheaper price rims...$700-$1000 for a full set. Not cheap in quality.(They are required to pass Load Standards) Just made with less expensive and heavier metals.

If you want a lighter better built rim. Higher quality, better metals, better finishes and lighter. You usually have to go European or Japanese. $1300-$2000+ for a full set. (good for racing):)

Go to TIRES23 - Wheels (http://www.tires23.com/pages/wheels.html) and browse.
Billy carries quality stuff at great prices. And he will tell you whats good or not for you.
(Stick with the top 2 rows of brands and you will do o.k)
