Great effort for the final push but it is a little too late.

I would be a little more optimistic if they had it solely in their hands... but they have to win all their games and have other teams lose... usually that does not bode well.

I think they regroup for next season and don\'t sign anymore geezers and let their young players play. A lot of these guys have shown lots of promise...

One more thing... they need better players selected for the shootouts... some guys with some good deke moves cause right now they SUCK.

What does it matter? They are not out mathematically but even if they make it, they\'ll get dusted by Carolina. Atlanta has an easier 4 games remaining, they have a better chance than the leafs to make it into the post season. That is if Tampa completely breaks down and loses their final games.

I have totally lost all hope for the leafs. They have dissapointed me way to many times. First they get rid of all their great players, and they keep all the shit ones like Belfour!! All you read in the papers is that there is some hidden plan for the leafs but that is all bs. They are just trying to cover up the biggest F$%k up in leaf history and that is this year. They deserve not to make it to the playoffs.

Can\'t wait to see Pat Quinn get fired and they fire belfour and get some young blodd into the team.

If they dont get their act together they are gonna turn out to be like the Raptors... A BIG waste of tax payers money!!

I doubt that the leafs will do what ottawa did a couple of years back...there\'s just way too much money to be made in Toronto. As long as the fan continues to support the team (concession and etc...), there is no incentive for the management to make significant changes. Management continues to be happy (cash flow into their pockets), players continues to get paid, vendors continues to make money...let the fan get suckered in.

If the remaining games is as entertaining as the last one, I\'ll watch them on TV nevertheless. Nothing makes your blood boils like a good hockey game.:)

I voted no. Only way they can win is if Miracles were Leaf fans.

The remaining games look pretty harsh too. Watch us win against New York, Ottawa, and Buffalo but lose all to the Pens. :D
