Wheels/rims starting to bubble

I was washing my car on Sunday and while cleaing the rims I noticed right around the hub/center cap (whatever you call it) it has started to bubble. I\'m assuming it\'s some corrorion. It\'s more apparent on one or two rims but starting to happen to all. I\'ll get pics up ASAP, but want to hear your thoughts. Does anyone know if warranty cover this? Anyone else experiencing this on their stock rims?
