car cranks but no go

i got out to the car this morning to go to work...i\'m alreay running late and what do i find?
car wont freakin start. called in mazda roadside and when the guy got here the car just started fine. could it just be the rain and cold lately? the car wasn\'t driven much yesterday.....just sat on the driveway for the good part of saturday and sunday.

I would bring it to the dealer just to be sure.

joe i was thinking of bringing it in to get it checked out...dont want to be stuck somewhere because of this.

i\'ve had this issue too.
but once I took out the key, and tried it a 2nd time, it usually works.
worse was it took 3 tries. it wasn\'t weather dependent for me.

I had this issue once with my old Mazda6......everything was fine then all of a sudden one morning before work it would crank but not turn over/start. I sat there and tried for about 15 minutes before saying screw it. I was gonna go give Mazda a call but figured I would try it one more time. Sure enough, the car started and the problem never happened again.

Very strange stuff.
