Has anybody done rear fender rolling here?
I heard that if you get the fenders rolled, it will rust over time. Or it will crack and will need a paint job.

Thanks Bluntman.
Not 100% on it, lets see what google says.
From the seems of it, the people that are rusting are people that used an old fashioned way of rolling their fenders (ie. baseball bat, mallet) causing cracking which ends up causing the rust. The tool that is used applies pressure evenly and should give you no problems in terms of cracking. Tires23 has the fender rolling tool, see what they say. But as long as you roll it properly it should be fine.

I talked to Martin at Tire23 yesterday. I might do it (roll fender) this weekend.

as long as you dont chip your paint during fender rolling then you will be okay.
the old way with a baseball bat would be okay if you rap the bat with something soft first and do it really slowly. so its the luck of the draw. if you are good the old way can save you $50 a side
the new way wont damage the paint, and it will give you a perfect roll every time. but it will cost you around $50 a corner.

tires23 told me that they warm up the paint so it wont crack and that it\'s just the inside fender so you wont even notice...
what springs, rims and tires specs are you going with?

I currently have Tires=225/40/18 and Rims=18x7.5.
I\'m still undecided for Spring (Eibach) or Coilover (Tein Basic).:)

The problem is rust. thats why they need to warm up the paint before rolling so the paint will flex a little. :hoho :hoho
