tail lights for 06 sedan

hey guys, i just leased a new 06 sedan GT w/GFX and i don\'t particularly like the tails. my question is, do the 2004, 2005 and 2006 sedans all have the same tails? i assume so because it\'s the same car etc. i called the parts department at the dealer and he couldn\'t answer my question so i figured i\'d ask you guys. (you\'d probably know more anyways).

the reason i\'m asking is because i\'d like to go with a white (i got the snow flake pearl) and red theme. for this i like the standard red tails for the sedan. could i somehow make a switch?

yes.. GT+GFX has clear tail lights (since 04) and GT (no GFX) and the GS and GX models all come with red tail lights.. if you search (http://torontomazda3.com/forum/search.php) hard enough you\'ll see that there are some people who want to swap (GS/GX trims upgrading to clear lights)

I have a 05\' GS sedan with red tails, I\'d happily switch.

and i\'ve explained that i wasn\'t thinking about trading only because i\'d need these lights back once my car came off lease.
i\'m in a jam now trying to get my p5 back to stock by next week.
i\'m still open to any suggestions of course

are u 100% sure u\'re not buying the mazda3 at the end of the lease?? u could always think about it and then if u decide to buy it then post back up and make a trade..

or maybe just pray mazda won\'t notice when u return the car.. :D

Who\'s running this \'parts counter\'....... wow. Sometimes I wonder; but alas! I am not surprised! I\'ve been told in order to buy ANY mazdaspeed parts i would need to own a MazdaSpeed3.......... i was told in this early last year. err
