Gentleman. Here goes some pics taken by a SCCA Member. Didnt get a good time for trophy but for the rush and adrenaline was worth it.

I place last on first event and a bit better on the second event. June 11, 2006 and on July 9, 2006.
I guess I will have better day next time.

Broli, I dont know if you checked the listing. But on my first track day I was making improvements. I had a perfect tires setting. The second time I made the mistake on lessening to my budy with the EVO to go under on the tire pressure. I was swaying all over the place. My last run I ended up spinning off, thats how I got a 68 run time. that suck..23 July will be another time to show what I can do with my 3 and its new catback. Oh yes, SS Vibrant Performance.Thats another reason i had a bit of timimg the RPMs during that last trial. But now I know when the engine tops and know to kep the front tires 44+4 lbs and 42/44 on the rear tires....Just like the first Trial

You\'ve got a nice setup going on, I\'m sure with time you\'ll be able to dial in the car and get progressivly better. Soon enough you\'ll be at the top of the class!!! Good luck!!!

Right Fu$#er, you know what you where checking out. By the way I am representing the 3s. Today they posted on the the local newspaper about sundays Challenge. Out of the 151 vehicles there they talked about a 84 year old man that wooped ass by taking third place in the stock class with a stock civic, a 79 Merkur, A mini, A indi, And My self by name and vehicle. let me see you do that. I only seen forum display...:p

It\'s actually the stock grille, the same as yours, but he removed the bars and supports and added the SS mesh in behind. Pics of the mod were up be it seems as though he took them down or they are just not available.

Its my original GFX grill. Shaved them off. Used bondo and cooking sheet get it shaped and have smooth surface when filling the 4 holes from the 2 center vents, and remanufactured a lip for the emblems lower trim. I dont know if you knowticed but I did have the open mouth grill on earlier pictures. I did this while I was working on my current grill. That gave me the reason for the mesh wheels. If you want to do it your self, I would suggest to use fiber glass. its easier to work with than bondo unless you have expirience with it.

Yes, it was categorized on the custom paint category. People here really dont have a clue about Mazdas standard on their colors. Just like on my friends MAZDASPEED Protege and the P5. That mica throws them out the window...
