What is the best way to fix this?

Have a titanium grey gs 2004

stop chips all over.. do a lot of hwy driving..

1. some paint got chipped off the hood, i see rust... not big chips but still

2. windshield has little chips (not cracks) all over.. size of snowflakes

Regarding your second question, I believe theres sealents that will temporarily fix windshield chips (that will eventually crack). only a temp fix. you will need to replace it in due time.
