View Full Version : short film I made today (~9 mins)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxjANSY3FDM
My fiirst attempt at making a video. It\'s not as polished as I would\'ve liked...but I think it\'s pretty decent considering I don\'t have a DV camera or proper video editing software. :)
Let me know what you think. And thanks for watching!

Very good for a novice I\'d say.
My favorite section is when merged onto Rosedale Valley Rd + Maroon 5\'s \"She will be loved\" + colour filter effects.

NICE!!!
I\'d like to see how you even got it mounted in all those different angles. At one point it almost looked like you were gonna run over that bike rider.. LOL.
But very nice vid.

Very Nice Clem, I like when you were driving and all the trees + surroundings were changing colours...
Yea I saw the squirrel too make sure he has a 2nd appearance in the next one:p
I also got a question, How do you convert these movie files into a lower quality to post on youtube...? I have a movie I took with my digicam but it\'s too big... Got any websites or programs?

Not bad for novice. I\'m sure with the proper equipment you can get a steadier shot, instead of holding the midget out of the door or having him cling to the car while driving. :D
Damn, thats shaky.

Very nice video!I especially liked the color effects with the music. Thanks for sharing!
pretty good for a first attempt.. the colour changing was nice.. but i couldn\'t sit through the whole thing.
I got into a little trance just staring at the reflections with the colour shifts. Nice but long cuts made me lose interest.

I noticed a few driving infractions in that video. See that white line at a stop sign? You\'re suppose to stop before it not after it.:p
Nice vid Clem!
