Fuel lid does not open

I picked up my M3 last week and today I tryed to open the fuel lid from the release and it does not pop open. I try multiple times and no luck. Has anyone had this issue?

Could be the fuel door spring is bent back. Have someone pull the lever while you attempt to open the lid.

If this doesn\'t work then bring it into the dealer.

I think I read somewhere that this happened to one other person last year.. other then that I haven\'t heard of anybody else having this issue..
