i have a 2006 mazda 3 GT/hatch since new till now (5 months) when driving speed reach between 80 to 100 km the car vibrates. I took it back to dealer, they couldn\'t find any problem, tire balanced ok. no defects.... Anyone have the same problem??

2ND problem, at night time my headlights doesn\'t light much distance and the lights criss cross. Again, dealer found no problem and can\'t adjust anything. Anyone have this problem as well??

Thanks,
Ralph

A few of us have had the vibrating at highway speed. It\'s more than likely your rotors. Either they\'re warped, or they haven\'t seated properly. Try to do some safe hard braking, a few good times, see if that helps. If not, take the car back to the dealer and insist on having a tech test drive it with you. Then you can truely show him the problem.

Good luck :D

tks for the info, but the tech went test driving with me already, felt the problem but found nothing. I guess i will go back and insist of checking the rotors as u have said.

how about the headlights?? is it because of the design of the so called projector lense that\'s why is not lighting far enough like the other normal cars?

Hi

Not sure if this may relate to your problem, but here is a link to a TSB regarding vibration caused by engin mount problems.

So the tech admitted to experiencing the problem yet did nothing about it? That\'s BS, your car came with a warranty for a reason!

What do you mean the lights cris cross?

By design, the right lamp should shine straight, and the left one SHOULD move right to overlap the right beam.

The beam pattern should be (up against a wall) two separate beams

________/--------- ___________/---------------

But when the light can go further (like down a road) they should look like:

tks for the info, but with HIDS does it cover whole lot more of the shine distances compare to factory bulbs?

????

beam pattern will be the same since it\'s the projector housing/lens that will affect it.. with HIDs, yes it will shine brighter and further.
