Its totally the chassis. It was on top gear, the thing is extremely light. Power to weight, that all I gotta say.

I think the one they had on Top Gear was called the Ariel Atom...

...which in itself will peel the skin off of your face. The one in the video in the OP wasn\'t the Atom, but looked a lot like it. The Atom is a gas powered \"car\" with a Honda engine.

but aren\'t electric cars supposed to develope like 100% of their torque down low or something which would aid in acceleration? i bet if it was a longer stretch of road, it\'ll run out of steam much faster....where high HP comes into play
