So a couple of us decided not to go with the C7 crew and went hiking over at Mono Cliffs. It is freggin amazing, its a true hiking atmosphere and there are 7 different paths overlooking many different areas. If I had a bike rack or even a bike at that I would definately take advantage of the cycling paths.

Just to give you some background, there are 7 different hiking trails with one being apart of the Bruce Trail that goes up through tobermory and Niagara.

Heres some pics...

The dirt road was just us detouring because it looked awesome.

Bagh...but we didn't care for the cruise this year! It was fun the first time but sitting in the parking lot for 2+ hours then driving for an hour to end up in a corn field to do what you did in the parking lot was not my choice for a fun sunday activity.

Personally, my schedule is so busy that getting away hiking is a better getaway then driving around trying to stay as a pack. Glad everyone has fun, but it was not my ish this year.

nice pics.

From niagara to tobermory is the length of the Niagara Escarpment... to give an idea of the distance, here's a google map of the drive there (http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=d&hl=en&saddr=niagara+falls,+on&daddr=tobermory,+on&ie=UTF8&z=7&om=1)...imagine walking that :o
