Hi guys will 16 X 6.5, 5 x 100mm, 205 55 16 fit on mazda 3?

No. The bolt pattern on the 3 is 5x114.3, not 5x100.

Note that most aftermarket 10 hole "universal" wheels have both 5x100 and 5x114.3

Kinda sounds like you're trying to use OEM wheels from a Corolla/Cavalier/Imprezza/Neon/etc. though. Nobody buys aftermarket 16's anymore. :D

Except for winter I suppose...

Some civics still use 16s for summer. As they are extremely light.
