the commentary just says, this 64 year old lady was walking to her car.. and she was ran over by a car that was backing up really really fast. The guy then moved forward.. the lady was still trapped under the car.. supposedly still under the wheel or something.
This happened serveral times, back and forth, then after like the 5th time, he got out to check.
The security prompty arrived afterwards.
The cops were called like 3 minutes after the incident.
Old lady pronounced dead.

Sorry, my mandarin is sketchy, my parents speak fluent mandarin, they never taught me or spoke in mandarin with me. only canto, but i can understand it well enough to get the jist of it.

I swear there are a sh!t load of these kinda drivers in the GTA too (good ol Chinese mall parking lots).
