I think due to the way the track curves upwards it makes for an illusion that the car is actually in mid air, looks like it hits the wall??

Yeah, it floated up the track and slammed into the wall.

Poor guy in the last crash. :( Wonder if safety belts malfunctioned. That was a horrible crash.
