Besides replacing them?

No.

If your car is still under warranty bring it into your local Mazda dealer and replace them.

One solution is you can drill a tiny hole on the bottom of the housing for drainage and one at the top for venting. I'm not sure just how well this works, but this solution was in the Wheels section of the Star a few weeks ago.

I changed the stock fog lights about a year ago to xenon-match bulbs.* Only recently have I has this problem with the condensation. Do you think the dealership will give me a hard time for it?

It could be the o-ring on the xenon bulbs not sealing properly causing the condensation.

so it could be that the ring is shot and not the actual fog light assembly?

I had this problem before as well. I actuallly had a pond in the fog light housing. Went to markham mazda and they refuse to replace it but i had aftermarket bulbs in there. I changed my bulbs back to stock and went back to MOT and got it replaced.

Well if you didn't have the issue with the stock bulbs I would say yes.

Thanks for the feedback guys....

I only recently started to have this problem. I have had the aftermarket bulbs in for about 1 year now, the problem started about 1 month ago. I will switch the bulbs back to the OEM ones and go to the stealership to get it replaced.

Most lights have a venting cap of some sort. Does the Mazda3 Fog light not have such a beast?

I would tend to agree that probably the o-ring is bad. Lights cannot be totally sealed as moisture is supposed to vent.

Condensation is not covered anymore.
