Markham YMCA

I am considering a membership with the Markham YMCA, I wanted to see if anyone here has a membership or has been to this location?

I was previously a member form there but decided to quit because its always so jammed packed there.
It used to be free (as in not a lot of people) until 50 billion people signed up and now they make you sign out for treadmills or other equipment usage.
