'07 Mazdaspeed3, what a rush.....

The dealership finally received a pair of mpd3's, so I took a silver sport for a spin. Man that car makes my 3 feel like a slug. The pull that it has through the gears is phenomenal, and the shifting is so smooth and precise. First gear is weird because it is gone so fast, but punch in second, third, and fourth and you get kicked back in the seat. I mean the torque reducing system works very good, but I wish it was awd. It's easily limited to how much power the front wheels will handle successfully. I have driven the speed6 and a 06 legacy gt turbo, but this thing is well above those two in reaction and response, it just feels zippy. I wish I wasn't getting married, because it would be mine. They have a loaded blue one buried in the lot, and I want it.....

Nice to be back guys.....Lost track when the page went down. Was really busy with so many things, work, side jobs, wedding plans, you get the jist. Anyways i'm settled in my house now and back on track. Just trying to catch up. Good to hear from everyone. First of all, yes silver and blue-gray i would call it are the two colors they just got in. Second of all, I did get a card from one of the younger salesmen at the dealership, and seemed very down-to-earth. And third, i want one really bad. You know what though, it's been different because i finally got my boss to hook me up with a work van, so i've only driven about 2000 miles in 5 months. That didn't stop me from getting my vibrant strut bar though. Anyways i'll keep posting, talk to you again.....
