Whats the deal? Is that a bulb or an LED?
The lighter works and the ashtray light is on... whats the deal?

Yes there is a small bulb behind the part (ring), if you can take it off the car you might be able to get it from a car related parts store.

The bulb is soldered onto the socket. If someone can pull it off then yes I have the bulbs in stock.

What type of bulb is it? Mine seems to be out too, but I need to check the wiring since I was chopping it up when it went out. ;D
