I got to say this although I know about other members that haven't had any good experience with them but they convince me of their good service last time I was there.

I had a fog light with condensation, it was literally full of water, my brakes were squeaking like crazy in the mornings and my passenger side windows was making a knocking noise every time I roll it up, so I stopped by on Monday and asked to have this fix under warranty, the women at the counter was very friendly and booked me for the next day at the time I chose.

I went there and an hour later she came to me with the papers and everything was done, no questions ask, the fog light replace, the window fixed and the brakes after 2 days are not squeaking any more. :)

NOTE: I replaced my Xenon match H11 bulbs for the OEM ones before I went there. ;)

My last experience there was also very pleasant when I got a CEL cause for water getting into my CAI, the service department manager talked to me and told me to take care of that b/c he found the MAF sensor wet and one day could be worst than a few drops of water, but no warranties were void like Oakville Mazda would been happy to void at the spot, just like they did to my suspension and steering components the day that I went for an alignment just b/c the car was lowered.

Anyway, I just wanna give two thumbs up to their service department and recommend it to any one. http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif
