I live in the East end so was going to check out Eurasia in Scarborough any other suggestions?
I am assuming they will have to replace the whole rear bumper?
In case you're wondering how it happened, my bumper got itself acquainted with another bumper and thats the result..........
Thanks for any advice guys!

UPDATE:
Continuing on from where I left off:
With the weather being mild today I decided to take the drive through a car wash to get all the salt and grime off.
Maybe I shouldn't have because upon closer inspection afte washing I noticed the following:

A small dent above the light plus the big scratch a bit lower down! I know its just a car, but agghh this is frustrating!
I'm not sure how much this is going to cost but I'm certainly not looking forward to it!
Shoot dude... I agree it looks like you will need a new bumper! Wish I knew some east end shops. Sorry about your ride.

From the experiences heard from different people, use a heat tool, like a blow dryer and re-shape the big dent.. It would still have damage but it won't look as ugly as a huge dent.

The damage looks creased, ... you won't be able to fix it completely just take it to Eurasia, I've heard many good stories about their service and prices, but especially they won't try to rip you off!

Easy fix. No need for new bumper. Just take it to any shop and they will pop it back out then fill in any holes then primer then paint then clear coat. I'm assuming they will charge $350-$400. Bring it up here in markham, there is this shop that i went to when i still had my camry with the same problem. I got charge $350 tax in. the place is called Car tech, great guys great service and they were fast.

Hey Faheem same thing happend to my bumper except it was the wife's fault. She got too close to a large green garbage bin. Had my shop take off the bumper and with a heat gun it popped back out. There are small scratches but other than that you can't tell there was ever any damage.

Thanks for the tips guys!
I'll call each of the suggested locations and see what they have to say.
Joe I am assuming when you say "my shop" you mean MofT?

Just updated my first post, just wanted to ask if its worth claiming the scratch and dent?
It doesn't look like a deep scratch but it does cover a fairly large area, hoping some expert detailing can take care of it?!

I doubt detailing/buffing will help clear it. Thats just my guess.

Faheem here's what my bumper looked like after the wife decided to meet a big green garbage bin.

Wow! Was that a dumpster or something? Must have been one hell of a bin!

I've unfortunately had to use Euroasia twice now and both times they did amazing work for a great price. I would highly recommend them.

I see a paint scrape there, did you also get it repainted?
