I was down at Casey's at Front and University last night, and so many f'n streets were closed it took me half hour to park.
But I saw one ice chunk fall down, and it was crazy...
Was it seriously the size of a car, cause thats HUUUGE!

A 4 foot square falling from that height equals a bomb if your standing on the street below.

Thank god the ice wasn't thicker or else it wouldn't break apart!

That's crazy. Some friends and I were walking past First Canadian Place the other day and baseball sized piece of ice just missed us by like a foot or two. If it had hit, it would have done some pretty good damage. The sound it made when it hit the sidewalk was crazy.
I was driving down Avenue yesterday and tennis ball size chunks of ice were falling off the trees onto my car.

Jeff, I think you meant it the other way around? Hail the size of golf balls?
Anyone else not be surprised when lawsuits begin creeping up against the CN Tower? j/k
