ya, I'm not a huge fan of major chrome. On the plus side..you always know where your GF can find a mirror.

+1 I am not a fan of chrome at all! Especially those fugly door handles!

I personally don't think chrome rims look good on cars, I like them on SUV's though.

have a friend who was driving through alberta with 35% tint on the front... cop pulled him over and made him rip it off before allowing him to continue driving.

I would have got the province to reimburse me. I'm passing through and I'm registered to Ontario. That's insane. Some jerk cop probably.

Aren't you exempt from this law regarding tint if your car has an Ontario plate?

We don't have Toronto cops harassing American visitors who don't have a front licence plates.

I was in Michigan and the law is the same there.. no tint on the sides allowed, but after he saw my registration etc, he said okay.. Alberta cops must be tough..
