I wonder if its the same red gen 2 I see at Allen Road and Sheppard ave all the time. Its a guy in his twenties who is always reving the engine and trying to get me racing when I see him (once every couple weeks) I have posted about him a few times in this thread and he has never been confirmed. Also likes to pound the electonic music. Its those moments I feel embarrassed to drive my car haha.

Any Joe off the street cannot get Owner name and address...just vehicle/plate history. Joe Public used to be able to get them at the old kiosks with just plate information but that security hole was closed prior to the kiosks being scrapped.
