Could somebody confirm that Canadian models do not include red Mazdaspeed Engine Oil filler cap? I poped open the hood I just saw the regular cap.

yaa they do come with the car well they come with 2 caps crappy black 1 and a nice red mazdaspeed cap :) and if you only got the black cap you got ripped by ur dealer :complain

Is the cap not on the engine when the car is delivered? Do they put it in a baggie in the trunk or something?

Is there something I should tell my dealer to watch out for when the car comes in so the guy doing the PDI doesn't scoop it?

I don't know which cap was on the engine when it was delivered to the dealer. But when I opened the hood after I picked up the car, it was just a regular black cap.
I read from mazda3forums that the car actually ships with a black cap and red one packaged up in glove compartment. I couldn't find mine neither in glove compartment nor in the trunk, anywhere in the vehicle.

They are supposed to be shipped with the car, but we have noticed a lot that have arrived without it..
