So apparently the SLR wasn't exclusive enough. MB-McLaren has now released the SLR 722 edition. Why 722? Its the number of the original 300SLR that raced in the Mille Migila, that started at 7:22am.
With more horsepower and torque (like 40bhp) and a lighter chassis (97lbs) the 722 is quite the car. There are new splitters and a revised spoiler. I personally love the blacked out headlamps, black rims and badges. Plus only 150 will be built!
