Metalic rattle engine noise / suspension issue.

Hello, having an issue with my 2007 Mazda 3 GS Sedan. When I accelerate, I hear a metalic sounding rattle / grind noise, it only happens between 2 - 3k rpm. One other issue I am having is the amount of noise coming from the rear suspension when going over bumps, it sounds really bad. Anyone else having these problems?
