I'm interested in getting TWM Shifter base bushings.
I've been searching threads, there are few threads about replacing the whole shifter to short shifter but not much about installing just bushings.

If you have experience with them could you please tell me how difficult it is to install bushings?

I don't have the bushings yet. I'll probably get them next month along with CAI.

And I don't know much about cars :chuckle I'll probably require your help, I'll give ya shout when I have em. :) Thanks!
However I'm ok with machines, I build hardcore modded computers for hobby.

IMO just replacing the bushings won't do much other than increase the vibrations in the shifter. Granted it puts you more in tune with the car, but I would spend my money elsewhere if I were you.

I replaced the bushings in mine - but I also installed the short shifter at the same time. I honestly do not know if the bushings really improve anything.

Apparently for MS3s, it does make a difference.

Ok I stand corrected. I guess a lot of Speed3 owners seem to feel a difference.

I haven't ordered them yet. I'm trying to contact TWM sponsor for their prices. I'm not sure how often TWM sponsor visits this forum.
