The faster I drive the faster the "woosh woosh" is
Which is obviously a direct correalation to the speed of my car with an end result in something hitting the tire or rim

Thoughts?

if a wheel/tire has been recently hit hard, check the wheel bearings

What and where are the wheel bearings?
I havent had any hard impacts

Recently changed my brakes to EBC Greens and brand new OEM rotors

Take it back to where you had the work done its possible they overtorqued your wheel nuts or did something else which can effect the bearings or brakes to make such a noise, the bearings are located in all four of your wheel hubs. But first check you don't have something (like plastic) hanging from the bottom of your car, with the winds the last couple days there's been alot shit flying around the roads.

Front wheel assembly (http://www.icestormdesign.com/mwcc/mazda/manual/esicont/en/srvc/html/B3E031104060W02.html) - the wheel bearings are within part number 11 (wheel hub) in that link.

Rear wheel assembly (http://www.icestormdesign.com/mwcc/mazda/manual/esicont/en/srvc/html/B3E031205060W02.html) - the wheel bearings are within part number 7 in that link.

easiest way to test if it is a wheel bearing is to get the tire/wheel off the ground, and then grab the tire from the top and the bottom and pull with one hand and push with the other. if it rocks, it might be the wheel bearing.

mind you, if your brakes were recently changed, it could be a stuck caliper dragging the pads on the rotors.

Where the heck do you find all these great pics? ....nice.....and I think its most likely your second opinion...mostly.

Did it start with the brake change? Sounds like the pads rubbing on warped rotors.

She mentioned she got new OEM rotors as well. I'd hope the rotors aren't warped
