Wheel Alignment Procedure

Well I tried posting somewhere else and got no responses, so I figure I'd try a new thread.....
Anyone on TM3 have a copy of the Mazda 3 shop manual? And if so can they please post any relevant info from the wheel alignment section.I'm basically looking for the procedures such as; any weights to be placed and where, full/empty gas tank, order of adjustments etc;

It would be much appreciated, and most probably informative to all.

Actually I've been told I have a likeness to Animal ;-)

and no I'm will not be doing my own alignment, I'm just curious as to what is involved and to make sure procedure is followed that's all.
