facebook sucks.. my friend's ex and his brother's ex were harrasing him within a short period of time.. he's no longer on it.. just like hi5/myspace/other look at me place it sucks.. unless you really want to re-connect with the long lost friends but then if they were your real friends you'd be in touch with them via other means.. last thing i want to do is talk to the morons i went to highschool with :S

also to avoid shit like.. ;)

I refused to sign up for about 2 weeks, then I pulled my head out of my ass and signed up and it is awesome. I have found so many old friends. It's just great.

So people who think they are too cool for facebook, just try it for a week

I have a facebook account and am a member of the Mazda3 Drivers & Mazda3 Owners groups. It IS an incredibly addictive waste of time but I'm hooked!:bang :bang

I agree with Majic, but the thing is, when you work at a computer all day, what else is there to do to pass the time?

You can't really look at porn in ur office, unless you work IN PORN.

so facebook is the next best thing, apart from this forum of course.

Ditto. I refused for months, I was such a Facebook snob. My g/f got me into it. I moved towns in grade 9 and lost touch w/ all my elementary school friends but found a bunch on Facebook. Great time waster/catch'er-upper!

truth be told, there is a lot of stupid shit on facebook, but i have connected with 3 good friends, that i have been looking for contact info on for awhile, sometimes u lose contact with good friends thru going to different universities and life in general, it is very usefull in that way. talking to other people that u used to know in highschool, so what you say hi and you say bye!

It's my homepage so every time I open a browser, I see if anything new happened, if not i move on. All in all, maybe 1 hour a day.

Try it, if you no like, delete your account!

I used to be on it a lot more when I first got my account, mostly spending time finding old friends. Lately I may check it once a week. It got old pretty fast bust it's a great way to get back in touch with old friends...

After I signed up, I realized how awesome it is. I've been catching up with tons of old friends. I've got a new poker game and squash partner. There's even a reunion BBQ being planned. And I use Firefox to block all the ads. :) Awesome site.

That's exactly the problem. I'm so busy as it is that I don't want any friends to come out of the woodwork that I'll feel obligated to make time for. :)

There's a lot of good people out there that I'm not currently in touch with. If I got in touch with all of them, I'd never find time to sleep anymore. :chuckle

The more good people you know the better, i have that problem, where there are too many friends that want to hang out or what not, and it is a good problem to have!

Yeah, it's good, but I just don't have the time. :(

I need to win the lottery so I have all this time available during the day that I'm currently spending on work.

Honestly, on a website, imo, it looks kindof strange to have both photos on the banner, I realize you both want to be represented up front, it just took me a minute to figure out what was going on :)

great video btw.
