has anyone noticed how loud the A/C/ compressor is?

it's very obvious if your sitting at a light or just parked with the car running

is this just mine?

It is loud yes. My old integra was the same way.

+2 for climate control, it only needs to be loud for the first 3-4 minutes then you turn it down and it just keeps the temp steady.

Stop complaining and get yourself an exhaust, 'true music to the ears' and covers-up alot of stuff.Then get a killer sound system to cover up the exhaust noise ;-)

ahh see there's my problem.. I'm single with no kids :chuckle

anyways.. it's not a big deal, but I've never noticed it being so loud in other cars, thats all

Following the onset of marriage and a child [perhaps two]; comes Divorce. You have no wife or dependent to distract you, but financial commitments [legal fees, support payments, etc] that force you to part with the car - AND suddenly, there are NO noises.
