Hamill is a wrestler, a strong one but he can't take a punch... or give one for that matter. If you seen his fights when he punches he closes his eyes and loops his punches with no accuracy at all. Bisping on the other hand is talented in many areas and is a deadly striker...

I still got Bisping to win by KO. :)

I think the Bisping - Hammill decision was BS. Bisping got the last round because Hammill was gassed. But he didn't jack all the first two rounds, and hammil had those two rounds.
Though, overall it was a very sloppy fight.

I was very surprised that Jardine was so effective against Liddel. Those body kicks to take away his power, and the front kicks to keep him off Balance were great strategy.
Also, very impressed with Forrest's performance, love him or hate him, he fought a very solid fight.

the only one i didnt angree with was liddell just cuz the fact the judges thought he should've knocked out jardine no prob and b/z he didnt they gave the fight to jardine when i think it was a tie IMO

sanchez was just still hung up on his lose to koschek and u could tell he wasnt in the right mind set

griffin deserved the win he proved himself and hopefully he gets a title shot soon for it

as for Tyson Griffin's win Thiago Tavares was incredable domination

Lets put it this way then...that wasn't a convincing win IMO.

Look at the fight and analyse every round....
Look at BJ post fight...
Look at GSP post fight...

Even during the postfight interview GSP was whining about the eyepoke and he was seeing double...blah blah blah that's why I was getting hit so much....blah blah I came back with my heart....blah blah.....If you got the W....be happy and stop whining about your shabby performance!

At the end sure he got the W.....was it a convincing one? NOPE!

BJ Penn vs Sean Sherk was BS. There should've been another round. BJ was visibly getting tired and winded, as usual. It would've been an exciting 4th round if BJ didn't call his own fight, lol!

And BJ thinks he can take on GSP with his lacklustre training? His only chance will be in the first round where I admit BJ's hand speed and accuracy is superior vs GSP. But GSP is better all around and has shown he can dominate so called expert Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu people on the ground. Also GSP looks like he is improving with every fight, as previously mentioned.

GSP vs Silva is harder to call. Silva is so skillful and devastating. However either Silva drops weight or GSP moves up but I think Silva is deadlier and will win in the end.

BTW no one mentioned the Brant House last Friday May 30th, 2008? Randy Couture and Sean Sherk were officially there for some kind of launch party. Caught Gary "Big Daddy" Goodrich making the rounds. Man these guys are huge! I can't imagine the power behind the strikes of these guys... truly elite athletes... oh yeah there were some really nice women at the Brant House too... :)

A pretty good card. Diego's comments before the fight about Stevenson seemed to ring true. He said Stevenson was basically the same fighter as when he was on UF. A boxer with a good guillotine choke.

Yep! Gotta agree with that one. Joe hasn't done much in terms of improvement, sure he has lots of heart but you can't win fights with just heart alone.

Check out 3:20 into round 2.....that pick up was nuts!
