07 Fogs

The fog lights on the '07 model will not turn on unless you have your headlights on as well.

Not sure if this is the case for previous models.

Is there and easy way to gain full control over my fog lights so I can turn them on no matter the situation of the headlights?

It's easy enough to do yourself but If you aren't sure come to a meet one night and I'm sure there will be someone there that can help you.
