Judging is based on

Incidentily Mark passed out causing neck pains to his brother Brian which was caused by pot abuse at the concert. Well the woman leaning over him seems to have a ring either on the left hand either on the married finger or the middle finger, cant tell. I was gonna guess Felecia, but im only 60% sure its her. Considering you took the photo makes it more plausible as it probably happened at a meet.
