hey guys... soo i jus dropped my sedan on Stechs.... However it is really low.. and im scared for the winter lol... My question is does anyone have any expirence on lowered stechs in the winter? I plan on puttling 16 Inch steelies and winter tires on... Should i leave the car lowered? or should u put back my stock springs?
What should i do?
the price of having a very low car
you should be ok if you have Winter tires on.. just try to avoid any unplowed streets if the snow is high.. or bum a ride :chuckle
Also.. be sure to keep your wheel wells cleared of any snow that builds up
my previous car was pretty low.. and I never really had any problems

unless u have to drive outside the city on highway or country roads alot, i wouldn't worry about it too much.
so that means I will be selling my s-techs in mid nov. lol.

we dont get that much snow here in the GTA region, so you should be ok.
the streets are usually plowed by morning, and at most, we only get a couple centimeters at a time

driving a lowered car isn't that bad.. especially since you plow the area for free :chuckle serious though the only thing to watch out is to make sure you get all the snow out in the wheel wells... and along the side of the car under side skirts and rear bumper just keep an eye on the car and you'll be fine :p also heheh watch for speed bumps and lousy driveways when there is snow as they play hide and go seek!

Rust! lol You should be ok as long as the snow does not turn into ice...

I'm just planning to leave my h-techs on my car, I'm in London most of the time too. So hopefully I survive.

lowered car in the winter is nothing to worry about unless your bumpers are sitting on the floor because you dropped it so much. Didnt even notice a difference with mine

I live in the Frozen North and never had an issue. Of course I'm only dropped 1.25"
Keep a few 12 packs of beer in your trunk so when you get stuck and people help... you'll have something to say thanks with.
