Just left Dufferin Mazda after I was told to take the bus to work. Despite using this dealership for 4 years and always getting a ride to and from work (I work at Dufferin / Dupont) I was told today that my work is too far and not in their service perimeter. Mind you, when I said just give me my car and I'll take it to another dealership the service manager changed his tune.
Unfortunately, too late for Dufferin Mazda. I'll find a dealership that appreciates their customers.
Be Warned! The customer is always right ... unless you go to Dufferin Mazda for service.

too sad!....You wonder why companies at this day and age still treat customers like this and don't realize the ripple effect it has when they have one or two dissatisifed customers.
Good on you for bringing this up. Would be nice if someone that works there sees this and realizes. We have the power!!!!!

Too bad, hope you find a good dealership close to you. That's ridiculos, not wanting to give you a ride!

Thanks for the support and feedback. This is why I love forums like TorontoMazda3 - together our voices are powerful.
Update:
Today I went to Ajax Mazda (which is out of my way) I live in Pickering but work in Toronto. I was expecting to have the car repaired in the morning but they wanted to keep it for the day. The nice part is that Ajax Mazda offered me a rental car. I only wish that Ajax Mazda was a convenient location. Why can't Dufferin Mazda be more like Ajax Mazda? Sheesh.
