Aside from getting a new set of pedals, is there anything we can install to raise the stock gas pedal? The stock gas pedal is rather deep and it's hard for me to blip the throttle when trying to use the side of my foot in a heel toe.

LOL

OK in all seriousness, it sounds like you guys do not have your seat and/or telescoping/adjustable steering wheel set correctly. You should be able to find a way to blip the gas with no problems.

I have no issues with mine. It's perfectly comfortable.

Agreed with it being deeper. Also when "blipping" sometimes I hit the side of the centre console lol. Maybe its because I'm wearing relatively wide skate shoes.

my knees can't fit under the steering wheel box area

how do all you other tall folks do it (even at the highest steering wheel setting + lowest furthest seat)

Depending on the year of your 3 the pedals are oriented differently. At least that's what Patrick and I found. The pedals in the '07 are much closer together and I have a hard time blipping too sometimes.
