Does anyone know a good place to get tires mounted and balanced?

I need 8 tires taken off wheels and 8 put back on. Looking for the best price for this.

Basically, I've got two sets of wheels/tires and need the tires swapped between the two.

Suggestions?

well basically anywhere if you do'nt midn them scratching your rims. Motorworkshop around my area are one of the good ones because of there tire machine and there tire balancing machine that they use are top notch. Still $50-60 a set for 17s

Do they have equipment to do it without marking up the wheels?

Tires23. Great guys there, and good rates. I wouldn't trust my car to another shop. Pro!

Look for a shop that has a Hunter Road force ballancer. That machine can do incredible things for ballancing such as hiding the weights to minimizing the amount used. If curious about this machine click (http://www.gsp9700.com/)

I know some of the dealerships have this machine in their shops. Just need a tech who knows how to use this as well.

I don't go cheap when it comes to balancing and mounting tires. Had too many bad experiences with the cheap guys. You would think that balancing would be idiot-proof, but it isn't. Once a place put a directional tire on backwards. Idiots. Also, you want someone who will use stick-on counter-weights. I go to the Active Green and Ross near my place. They are pretty good.

Skarbro, which Active Green +Ross? Just had some wheels done at the one on Markham near painted post and the guy took the time to do it right.

I went to the one on Ellesmere near Kennedy years ago, and again with a friend to get his car aligned on Saturday, and have never had an issue with them. I think they're going to charge me around $150 or so though.

I'll have to go talk to them. Never had an issue with their service, that's for sure.

Go to the shop i suggested, i guaranty you that you'll love that place. Every person i recommeded loves goign there. I'm not sure if they will do $100 for all of them. Give them a call.

Clement/ ///M used to put all his wheels and tires together there. And he put a lot of stuff on his car there and taken off there. Remember he had all the rays/Workx2 rims?

If you're serious goign to go , i'd suggest giving them a call first because that place is pretty busy everyday.

I will do that. Just waiting on getting a replacement tire and then I'll be good to go.

You'll be amazed what kind of balancing machines they use. Last time i went they bought a new one and i saw a 17inch LCD display on it. Very very cool.

+1 nice guys. QUICK service (if theres no one there). No one worker stands around doing nothing (provided that they can help) when your car is up on the lift.

Made an appointment at Pearly's shop for Saturday. Said they'll do it for $100, so I'm happy.
