No prob! I've seen your car before but last night was the first time with wheels and rear flare. It caught my eye when I pulled into the parking lot.
Hope you don't mind I didn't blur out your plates. I usually blur out regular plates but leave vanity plates.

Screw 30D, get at least 40D. The noise control on the new generation Canon (and Nikon) cameras are better. Plus you get DIGIC III (and other stuff).

The ISO is a measure of film's sensitivity to light. The lower the ISO the less sensitive and higher the ISO the more sensitive. So since these pics were taken in low light conditions (and I was too lazy to setup a tri-pod) I bumped up the ISO to 3200. The trade-off is that the higher the ISO the more grainy the pics will be which results in "noise." You'll see “noise” if you look at these pics closely. Notice the colours are not smooth (sorry but that's the best way I can describe it).
Wiki has a good explanation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_speed). Read section "Film grain" and look at sample pics in section "Digital camera ISO speed and exposure index"

oh ok.
nice. i just learned something.
so if my shitty digital cam goes up to 800 iso, i should use that for night shots?
If you don't have a tri-pod then yes. But your camera will probably return a lot of noise on you. The best thing for night shots is opening the aperture and increasing the length of the shot, but you will need a tripod to keep the camera steady as to not get blur. Play with your settings and you'll find something that works for you!

I only have one pic of Felicia behind the wheel of my car. It's blurry and I have to stand 20 feet back from the computer and squint to see it clean and clear....
Sucks, cause I even got some 'tuner model' poses that didn't turn out. Shitty deal.
Oh well, next time for show
