i just have my new set 16'' winter tires and rims on my mazda3 2 weeks ago. Now, when i drive straight road, the car will curve to the right hand side...when i had my mazda rims and tires on, there was no problem? should it need to be alignment after install new tires and new rims?

Changing wheels should not alter alignment.
Most roads decline slightly to the right (towards the curb) for drainage. Maybe it was the road?

if the winter wheels have an offset lower than the stock wheels it will cause more camber induced steer.
