Squealing noise coming rear while driving (Not during braking)

Hello folks, im hoping one of you can help me here. I recently had my rear brake pads changed at a shop in Markham and recently I noticed as the car is cruising it begins to make this squealing noise (usually after 15 mins or so). As soon as I tap the brakes it goes away. Its becoming very annoying and I'm taking the car back to where they were recently replaced. For curiosity sake would anyone have an idea whats causing this? Thanks in advance!

My first thought would be that they didn't put enough lube on the back of the pads or on the sliders, but its pretty obvious, I would think, that they missed something.
