I want to keep my OEMHU, and want to upgrade my speakers. (I have just the 4 factory ones now).

No need for subs, not into pounding bass that people can hear for 100 yards... jstu something that sounds better than factory for the daily drive to work.

Any recomendations for speakers I can just simply replace with my existing OEM speakers without needing an amp or anything of that nature.
Lots of cheap 6x8's on ebay... not looking to get cheap crap.. but want to know whats a good speaker that i can just replace for the OEM speakers and get noticably better sound..

Thanks... look ing forward to what you have to say.

lol, go big or go home ;)

Actually I'm speaking full truth. The cheap speakers on ebay (or in Wal-Mart) are a waste of time. It all has to do with wattage and sound quality. The stock deck doesn't output much wattage and thus won't be able to power better speakers that would produce better sound quality. If you want to increase sound quality the first thing you would have to do upgrade from the OEM deck.

The simple attage is, if you take crap and put it through a great system it will still sounds like crap. SO if you get a good signal/wattage and put it through the same speakers it will sound better and thus is a good platform for upgrading to better speakers.

If you want to keep the OEM deck I think you're SOL, my recommendation is tune the treble and bass settings to your liking to make everything more clear, or pursue one of the options above. Keep in mind that starter sound systems all around can go for less than $500.
