Lexus IS300 winter rims on 2.3 Mazda 3?????

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a set of winter tires and rims and im trying not to pay 700-800 bucks. I've found a set of IS300s. Same bolt pattern but i think the hub size is different.

Has anyone tried this before. Any suggestions? Would hub rings be useful?
