Accident Report Checklist

Here's a handy checklist to keep in your glovebox in case you get in an accident. Some things though that I would add are the VIN for the other vehicle(s) and the policy number for the other party's insurance company.

Nice find and very good idea, I know this would of came in handy when I got into an accident, I just took all her information down. I know when you get into an accident you're shaken up so this is definitely a good way to insure you get all the info you need.
