My screen colour must be off, but I don't see it.
Does your car idle funny, have you noticed anything weird? .. CEL, maybe?

You screen is fine, I can't see blue in my screen either, flash from the camera makes it look white. Car runs fine. I heard from someone that sometimes you can diagnose problem from the exhaust, black means the car takes off hard often etc.

looks like it could just be salt.... try washing it off and then go for a drive??

You can tell some things by the colour of the exhaust, but it's not gospel. Blue SMOKE is an indication of oil trouble, but if it's only at start up, and then gone after driving you should be aight. If it's consistent there are other possibilities.
As detinger said, try cleaning it up and see if it comes back before panicking.
You can't really tell all that much. If there is blue smoke or a lot of blackening around the tip or bumper just means the car is burning oil. That isn't directly related to launching hard though. I think you've just got salt on the tip, it might be the sidewalk salt that is bluish in color. I wouldn't be to worried.

If you have blue smoke at start up it might mean your valve guides are worn
Black smoke might mean the car is running too rich, burning too much gas..

My question to the original poster; Are you talking about a bluish stained tail pipe or bluish smoke coming from the exhaust? ...seems there is some confusion here!!
If its blue smoke coming from your exhaust, your burning oil...simple and means you have a problem!
If the tailpipe just looks stained blue, its most likely a heat stain on the metal, most exhausts will get this and it can be cleaned mostly by using a metal cleaner.

I'm talking about a bluish stained tail pipe, not smoke. Thanks.

Try cleaning it yet?
Stain? You need some better pics, either way its no big deal if its not smoke.
I'm guessing its just heat the blued up the exhaust a little.

Hi all, I cleaned them with water today and it worked, and I looked closer the inside portion is fine. Just save a trip to the dealer.

LOL That's just salt particles. The dealer would probably have laughed at you. Good thing you figured it out yourself.
