I want to know how many of you out there take vitamins, eat healthy and use chemical free products?

I ask because I am trying to make a change for the better for my daughter, my wife and myself by taking vitamins, trying to eat healthy (this is the hardest part) and using products that will not affect my 11 month old daughter.

What are people using for the products?

I think you need to exercise as well. Eating healthy is only part of the equation.

i usually have great intentions to want to exercise regularly and always eat healthy but its in the execution of these things where things fall apart for me. lol

All of the above for me...although I tend to get kind of lazy with the vitamins/supplements. Aaaaand I tend to like ice cream and chocolate too much at times...but once in a while is ok.

I personally eat fruit as an alternative to vitamins. One apple a day (skin included) gives twice your daily intake of vitamin C. If you don't like apples (which I don't), oranges work as well!

I'm not too big on vitamin supplements. A balanced diet should cover everything you need for nutrients. Healthy eating + regular exercise + good uninterrupted sleep - stress = a long way towards healthy living (especially if you're in front of a computer for ~10 hrs/ day like myself).
