Probably depends on circumstance and the cop. But I still wouldn't chance it... that opens the door for them to 'legally hassle you' - search your vehicle, hold you up (as in asking to see ID, etc), etc.

I remember in high school watching and hearing an older student tell the cops to basically F-off, etc. And the cops didn't even care for him.

I've read accounts of police in the U.S. arresting people for "flipping the bird." They would use the "disturbing the peace" law as the precedent. I've heard someone argue that it violates their freedom of speech.

I believe you have to examine the offense in the context in which it was displayed. If you're in the cops face ranting about something and you then introduce him to your "feathery friend" you may find yourself at the station explaining your actions. If you have to MAZDA Kitten just place your hand on the seat of your car and "flip away."

i think they are just people, and people give them shit everyday, and they dont all get arrested.

so . . . after they give you a ticket, feel free to tell them that they are a Farking stupid asshat punk-ass bitch that has nothing better to do then harrass drivers while real crimes are going on in the city and while the murder rates continue to increase . .

I always thought if you make sure to make it a person opinion that they can't do anything... for example... "I think your a farking asshat" but again I could be wrong...... and I'm not really willing to chance it hehehe
