I have 4 tires on my mazda 3 which are 205/50/17. Can anyone tell me anything about these tires (width/size)or maybe tlel me anything about changing the tires to different size. Anything is good to kno.

Try using the search function. It's a beautiful thing and will save you from getting flamed in the future.
That being said, here's a link to a tire calculator that will show you the change in total wheel+tire diameter and speed when you change your stocks to other sizes.

A popular alternative is 215/45R17.
Search is your best friend.
as flip said, 215/45/17 is the closest to stock.
Many tire websites will give you great descriptions of what the numbers mean, also check the other tire threads around as its been discussed many times before.
mprus many of the threads you have been starting have been discussed before, please make use of the search function otherwise I am going to start locking all these new ones up.

as flip said, 215/45/17 is the closest to stock.
actually 225-45-17 is closer overal to stock, but not recommended on the stock rims (which are only 6.5 inches wide.
